- 500 g Spaghetti
- 1 bunch Basil
- 50 g Garlic
- 50 g Pine Nuts
- 60 g Parmesan Cheese
- Allegro Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place all the ingredients, except spaghetti, in a mixer.
Slowly add Rahma Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Blend for about 30 seconds to get a smooth mixture.
Boil 2 liters of water, add spaghetti and cook till done.
Drain the pasta.
Mix pesto into the pasta.
Finished the dish with grated parmesan and a dash of Rahma Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
